My 3.5yr old daughter is having hair fall .her hair growth is good .still shr has hair fall What could be the reason is this because of any deficiency

My baby is 8 months old she is now getting her first teeth it have just started a few days back today she is having fever above 100 is it becuz of teething? Why fever wothout reason

Hi my baby has 2 years old.  His weight is 11.5 kg.He has got fever since yesterday afternoon without any other symptoms. No cough cold . And I gave him calpol 250 3 ml . But medicine effective till 3 hour hardly. And again body temperature rise till 102_103F So what should I do in this case if medicine not effective . And still fever not settled down. He is taking adequate sleep. Taking food and started playing when temperature got normal. But after 2-3 hours his face become red his thigh bcomes too warm. And I gave him cold compression and medicine too. But medicine not too effective . So I m worried how much does should I give her in a aday and for how many days.

As of today my son is 40 days old. He's yet to take Ipv-1, Rotavirus-1 , pcv-1 injections within 45 days. As per Government people instructions, the next date will be on April 6th - which will be 51st day. Do you think, the child will be having late injections on 51st day or is it fine ?
