Hello doctor, My 4.5 month old baby having watery & curd loose motion from last 3 days so doctor suggested me to give Saccharomyces boulardii powder for 3 days but I forgot to ask how to dissolve in water(in how much ml).let me know how to use

2yr child having constipation for one month duphalac is not working for her.. thyroid test is necessary for her? For what reason thyroid test should taken for the kid? Pls anyone tell me.. is she definitely need thyroid test? She is well active,but not eating properly.. once she pooped she will eat normal .. she always sleeps at 1 o clk and wake up at 9.30..
