My 3 month old baby not developing vision yet. And not respond my verbal command. At the time of birth hearing test normal and cry immediately

By 3 months, your baby will seem a little more regulated in terms of feeding and sleep, and those evening fussies or colic symptoms will have mostly disappeared. your infant should have better eye-muscle control allowing them to track objects

For 3 months age babies wont respond to vocal command.. is the baby recognising mother ? Smiling is there ? Or not
