Going for my baby's vaccination. Which vaccine should we opt for? The painless or painful one? The painless one is of Pfizer and it is said to have protection against 13 bacteria as compared to the other which saves from 10. Would the painless have any side effects?

Both are equally good. Painless still pains actually and can still cause fever and some swelling.
