My 4 year old has this kind of red bumps under lips, what are these? Can you please tell me, I have uploaded the picture

My baby is 7 weeks old and spitting clear liquid . We burp him after every feed and keep him in upright position for 10-15 mins still he recently started spitting clear liquid . Sometimes it's curd like which is common but clear liquid I am not sure , is it a problem ??

I am scared about that, before a month he affected hand foot mouth disease but now only, nail problem I am so scared

My daughter is 5 years old and having cow milk protien intolerance when she was 6 months .from the age of 1 year she has frequent cough and cold and she is fine if she is completely at home (during pandemic waves) and once she starts going outside ,I could observe cold and cough almost every month ..is that I should worry about ..any ige test recommended
