Hello Doctor I am getting Stomach Cramps which comes and goes this has started yesterday after eating spicy non veg food please help doctor

Please check the red mark back of baby neck this is what I am noticing from yesterday. Also this is some bump like feeling that happens after mosquito bite. Baby is not crying after touching that area. What could be the issue.

My baby six month old passed stool three times. Usually he used to pass once in two days.
