She is 1 year old having fever of 100 degree And facing running nose. Yesterday night at 2:00am  her temperature was 100.5 I gave her calpol 1.5 ml Today morning at 9:10 am her temperature is 100 Again i gave her calpol syrup 1.5 ml At noon 2:15pm her temperature is 100 Kindly suggest what i can do My current location is very interior there is no doctor facility here Kindly help

Hi doctor, My 5 month old baby fell from his hammock from a height of 1.5 to 2 feet. After falling he cried for 2 mins and became normal. We took him to opd after few hours. Doctor did physical examination and told that there are no swelling or injury seen and he is doing fine.  And asked us to monitor for any issues. It's been 48 hours since he fell down. He is active, taking feed and playing. Will there any impact in the future because of this fall ? Will it cause any long term issues ? Do we need to go for any scan ? Please help me as am really worried.
