Child Health Issues

My daughter is now 3 months old .she is suffering with 101.9°F fever from today morning. I gave her crocin paracetamol drops at 10 am and 4pm in evening. She is not feeding at all from morning. I offer her milk but she didn't take . When I insist her she starts vomiting . What should I do ? If she doesn't feed well then she will dehydrated . How can I feed her ? Birth weight 2.7 kg current weight 5.8 kg

Hi My daughter has completed her six months .She is not able to turn sides still, though she tries a Lot. She doesn't enjoy tummy time at all and starts crying and is not able to uplift her head Her her neck control is also poor and necks shakes a lot. Rest she responds at her name,smiles good eye movement , reaches for things etc. She was a premie weighing 2.4 at birth ,now she is 8 kgs. Is she normal,not able to control neck and not turning sides still Please help very tensed.

My baby is 3.5 months old. I breastfeed her. Can I take cold drinks like Diet Coke and all? I'm quite concerned about food intake. Please help me.

Hello Dr. My daughter is suffering from stomach cramps now and then, she also has vomiting which is unbearable, even water is coming out. She is sleeping for some time and suddenly she gets the pain and she starts crying with much difficulty, she had 2 times loose stools. Could you please tell me what can cause this type of pain and symptoms and how to overcome it.

Can you suggest how can i sleep train my 5 month old baby whose weight is 7.5 kgs.. She currently sleeps by taking feed or rocking. She also wakes up every 3 hours in night for feed and sometimes more. When can i start night weaning and how? as I have to join office after next month and can't spend so much time in getting her sleep all day and giving multiple feeds in day. So please suggest me some solution.

Hello doctor, Iam noticing black or dark green poop in my twin 5.5month old baby.Right now we are giving formula feed,breast feed & rice porridge( our doctor suggested ).We r giving A to Z drops, ferrous ascorbate drops & vitamin D drops daily.They are taking feeding also well.May I know they are having this type of Trouble will it b resolved or did we need to give any medicine for this

My son has chesty cough and I am giving him Ventry D syrup along with zifi dt 100 antibiotics. So will this work or I have to give any other medicine? I have brozeet LS syrup too. Is this also required to give along with these 2 medicines?

Hi doctor my daughter now near for 7th month, we started solids from sixth month, we are present giving ragi porridge once in a day, and she is having mother milk now she is 6 kgs, the problem is from last2 days she is passing green color loose stool, from yesterday she is passing stool 6 times a day previous ly she used to go only 2 times and the mother changes her diet she took more greens and dal and fruits, is that the reason or any other  reason for this loose stool , please help us from this , present she is active, does we need to give her medication anything  or notplease help us
