Hello sirs, My nephew is 10 months old and he is being suffering from high fever (103 - 104) and CBC report says TLC is 27000 what should i do. Which medication needs to be given and is it worrisome?

My son is 2years 3 month old having 11kg weight which is low compared to first year 10kg. Only 1 kg increased in 15 months. He has lack in nutrition. He didn't eat healthy food if forces him . He became obstinate and situation became worse. He  hit himself by both hands in his head. So he is very cranky . I don't know what to give him. Secondly from past a week i m seeing him itching rubbing eyes and nose . Mostly nose rubbing there and whenever he rubs eyes he dosent stop himself. Some one needs to interrupt him. And some rashes on faces are seen. So I need your guidance on this . And how to gain weight he looks very weak. His legs look like knock knee. Also. What to do.
