My son is 4 months old. He is suffering from GERD and has frequent spitting episodes. Burping him during and after every feed .Can tummy time help him with this condition? If so how much time can he spend daily?

Teething loose motion
For my 10 months girl child, First time 2 teeth was grown downside and she went 10 days nearly loose motion daily 2-3 times. Now upper teeth is started growing. Again for last three days daily she is going 2-3 times loose motion. Every teething period cause this loose motions in kids? Kindly clarify me.
