Hi my son who is now 4 months old has started murmuring while feeding. Is that normal or is that an indication of something else?

My daughter is 3 months old, and she is on only breast milk. She did not poop for last 4 days, is it okay or should I be concerned? She is taking breast milk normally, and no as such synmptomes have been observed.

My baby is 1 year old and he has not passed motion from 6 days. I have given duphalac but still he has not done. He is eating and active properply. What should i do can u suggest pls???
