Throwing so much milk
My baby is almost 4 months old. He is throwing milk since he born. but last couple of days he is throwing lots of milk(milk throwing in the form of curd and sometimes combination of milk and water) after almost every feed, but my baby is happy and gives a smile after throwing milk. please let me know is it normal or do I need to worry about this and also tell me what should I do to reduce/stop his spitting?

This is called regurgitation of feeds. This is normal up to one year of age. If child is gaining weight as per growth charts, is active and playful, then no need to worry. After feeds make sure child is in an upright angle, above 30 degrees, burping is done for 10-20 minutes and tummy time is done in between. Feeding positioning also should be checked.
