My 18 month old got dengue positive. today is fifth day. today loose motion started suddenly. he is active from day 1 and intake is good. although he is tired. what to do now. he eat puff rice lot, will that make loose motion

Baby is 1 month old, is drinking milk fine, sleeping well, no pain as such but I could see yellow discharge from ears , when check deep in ear using torch I could see something white . No fever nothing .

Is Flu vaccine required for 8 month baby which has no symptoms or diseses. C section delivery but all milestone are on target. No fever till now and no respiratory issue. Healthy and active baby. Isn't natural immunity development is better than Flu vaccine. Request advise from doctors.
