Doctor has given Azithral 200 to my daughter but i forgot him to ask when should I give it before or after food? Thank you in advance

Hi my baby is now 2.5 months and he is 11 kg since 1 year he isn't gaining weight .He is eating but problem is soon after he eats he does Motion within 5 to 10 mins and this happens whenever he eats if he eats 5 times he passes motion 5 times if he does not eat he doesn't pass motion .even if he eats fruits even if he eat rice even if he eat tiffins etc .What to do plz advise he is not at all gaining weight and he is very lean .
