Hello, My baby is 6 half months old ,she is taking ragi porridge,rice porridge and formula milk today suddenly she gets 5 times lose motion but she is active when should I worried and consult doctor?

My Kid is 45 days old ..he is having cold since last 3-4 days ..blocked and dry nose...and since yesterday he s having cough as well...consulted the doctor yesterday he said it's nothing to worry about and suggested nasal drops and steam If possible ...and said even sleeping in ac is not an issue since ite 40+ degree here...but still the kid is irritated due to coughing and some mucous...kindly suggest if I need to do something here

My son is 19 months old, his weight is 9.8 kgs and height is 83cm. His birth weight was 3.4kgs. Is he underweight. I feed him everything from eggs to cheese, but his weight is not increasing. He is very active though. What should i do?

Baby was given Rotavirus injectable on 16th Apr, post which baby has been facing watery motions. Baby is passing watery stools around 5-7 times in a day. Baby makes grunting noise while doing it but it only comes out in very liquid texture. Baby is trying to poop out after feeding mostly. It has almost been 8 days but still the condition has not improved even a little. Wanted to seek help on what could be the problem and remediation to help make his digestion/ stools better.
