My son is 1 month old. When he sleep on his back He sounds like his nose is close but I took him a pedestrian he said that my son don't have any cough in his chest Dr gave me nasoclear drop, I used this medicine everyday but his sound is not going & when I feed him He took deep breath & his breath sound like whistle What can I do for his normal breathing Please suggest me
