Child Health Issues

Good evening doctor. My boy baby is 7 months old and was exclusively breastfed for 180 days and it's been 1 month since I started solids initially he had constipation after introducing solids. Then suddenly he had diarrhoea for 3 days . we met with his paediatrician and he gave probiotics and zinc drops diarrhoea got cured after that he is passing stools immediately after eating solids and almost 5 Times a days and most of the time it is watery stools Is it normal?

My 16 month old baby is refusing food via spoon, this happened only after I gave levocetrizine via spoon as she was having cold after taking med she is refusing spoon feeding and due to this I am not able feed her sufficient solif food as earlier.
