I have two months baby and breastfeeding...I got cold doctor has given no cold tablets...is it safe???

Dear sir my son is 2 year 1 month old and his weight is 12.5kg .. he has a fever since yesterday his body temperature 99.5 getting highest but when I give paracetamol syrup (PCM) his temperature get down 97°F it's getting down but after 3 or 4 hours he has getting body temperature 99.5°F.

My baby is 8 minths old she had got skin rashes before 3 4 days we consulted the pediatrician he said may be due too food allergy it have happened we gave her medicines named Altrax drops 0. 6ml thrice a day Neopeptine drops 1 ml twice a day It was clear in 2 days we stopped the meds But from yesterday evening my baby developers same rashes and red bumps on her legs face n body why so.?? Hello what is called fever in babies for axillary underarm temperature. He is having a pre condition of mild hydronephrosis from mother's womb Kid is 5 months old

My baby is 8 month old and we have been giving her vaccine from hospital itself. Polio vaccine where given on the following weeks Opv - during birth Opv/ipv - 6 weeks Opv/ipv 10 weeks Opv/ipv - 14 weeks Now scheduled for 9 month I have never given her government dosage ever as i was under impression the vaccine are inclusive of polio dosage. Do we take government dosages now ? Did missing on those dosage will cause any harm to my child.
