Hello, I have a month old baby who is currently on both breastfeeding and formula. I would like to know if I can do keratin treatment. Will that affect breastfeeding in any way?

It is unlikely to affect breastmilk.
It mostly depends on the composition being used for keratin treatment (formaldehyde etc.)
But, there is no conclusive evidence as of now whether it is safe or unsafe during lactation.
Hence better to avoid.
