  4. Fever and sneezing. To eat anything?

We are travelling and my son 20 months old was sneezing so we gave chestoncold but he did vomit We gave cefpodoxime and paracetamol till now we gave medicine 2 times, still he has 101.5 fever and not able to eat anything
