Fever problem

Fever comes repeatedly after every 24hours from last 8 days of my 8 yrs daughter. Can't understand why this? Please help me . Only fever nothing else. What can be the possible reason. My daughter is very much active doesn't feel like fever only her body gets hot., no other problem.
