Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, My child have fever and doctor prescribed antibiotic to him and the course is for 7 days. The antibiotic got finished 4 th day and that brand antibiotic is not available. Can we use different brand with same medicine.

I found my son's urine is sometimes yellow in colour.he is having breastmilk.he drinks after every meals just 2 3 spoon.he likes fresh juices like lemon watermelon pomogrante etc.so is it required to give more water per day? Can I give mosambi juice?

My daughter is having cold amd cough .. during day cough is little low.. but during deep sleep it's aggressive unable le to sleep

From 29th mrg my son had mild fever with continuous 6hrs interval I gave him paracetamol P250 5ml. But the fever didin comes down. On 29th evg we went nearby paediatric he suggested the same P250 and in b/w the fever rise he suggest me to give meftal and says to continue for 1day.. After that still the fever persist. He says to go with dengue profile blood test. He didin suggest any antibiotics. Oly fever is there no other symptoms.. kindly pls help me out of this.

Hello, My baby was all okay until evening but his temperature was gradually increasing so I gave him P250 drops, Ambrodil S & Allegra (suggested by my doc a week ago). His temperature didn't break so after 4 hrs I gave meftagesic DS after some time his temperature got down. When he coughs sound was very harsh and barky. Could anyone help me on this?

My son 1 yr 3 months(11.3 kg weight), drinks more than 2 ltrs of water in a day. At night continuosly after interval of 2 hrs he need water. Is it the symptom of diabetes.He is active as per his age. Takes all types of food ,only thing is that he drinks water too much.

My son is 1 month old. He does not have anything related to bcg vaccine on any arm. No redness, mark etc. Does that mean he had not got bcg vaccine.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 5 years old. She has cold and mild cough. Post consultation with her paed e are giving her montair lc and allegra. The paed had also recommended physiomer baby spray due to congestion and snoring. I could only get the physiomer hypertonic spray. Picture attached. Can I use this for 5 year old. It said 2+ years it can be used. Hence asking. Please advise.
