Child Health Issues

My baby was born on 26 -4-22.Birth weight was 2.6 kg. Discharge weight was 2.5 kg.I had a normal delivery.( 38 weeks ). During her 6 week vaccination weight was 3.7 kg. During her 10 week vaccination weight was 4.7 kg. Today was her 14 week vaccination , weight was 5.3kg. Is this weight gain in lower range..We are 1st time parents so we are little stressed..she is on breast milk + formula milk (80:20 ). Kindly advice.

Hiiii...my daughter is 2.7 years old..her weight is 16.5 kg...today she suddenly says my urine side get hurt..three months ago she faced same problem..then doctor checked her but on that time her urine test report was normal...from that time she faced same problem in many time..she ate healthy diet.she also wear loose clothes...in night she wear diaper...but she drank less water... drinking less water is the reason for this? what's the main reason behind this...what we do

Hello doctor, My baby is 54 days old he is g6pd deficient and he is having a red bump kind of thing on the injection site in one side of  thigh and today I could see the redness at the hand as well where the injection was given at the time of birth. Hi Doctor, For my kid 6th week vaccination completed at government healthcare center. There they given Penta, OPV, IPV, ROTA & PCV. Same five vaccines they are giving in 14th week also. But in 10th week they are giving only three vaccines i.e. penta, OPV and ROTA, not giving PCV and IPV. So can we take 6th week missed both IPV and PCV vaccines at mid of 5th month ?

My son is 2.5 month old. His birth weight was 3.15 kg and when he was 2 month old his weight was 4.69kg. My problem is he sleeps around 10hrs in a day. He did not cry but he starts playing after feeding but sleeps very less. I feed him on demand now. I feed around 7-8 times in 24 hrs. Is it ok if he sleeps for 10 hrs in a day? Does it affect his brain development?
