Widal is a vague test to confirm typhoid. If fever continues for more than 5 days and is in increasing trend than widal positive can be considered as typhoid. Blood culture is a definitive test to detect typhoid. However, other blood test are within normal limits and widal is also negative. Very likely to be viral. Need to know more about the fever patterns and days to comment more.
