  4. 4 month old son having cough. Dose?

4 month old son having cough
My 4 month old son with weight 6.5 kg having cough , doctor in Kolkata prescribed Syp Alex junior 2.5ml three times daily 4days Syp Azithral 100-3.5ml once daily 4days Is it safe to give this High dose of alex syrup? Also in allahabad doctor prescribed maxtra syrup 6 drop and s-mucolite 5 drops. Both doctors doese are too much different. What is correct dose ? Please help

Drops are concentrated so dose will be less, 5 drops. Syrups are diluted so it will be in ml. Maxtra & S Mucolite drops are better.
