Blocked nose and cough
2yr old had cold which turned into cough and blocked nose with heavy phlegm.
As prescribed by pediatrician, gave him Telekast-L and Soventus Jr.
It's been almost 10days with this condition , should we continue with the same medication or change it?

You can continue soventus jr according to weight and for blocked nose you have to use nasal decongestant
