Child Health Issues

My 1 month old baby on right side of the face has small white dots on ear and neck. What could be the reason for this, can you suggest me please what should I do now? I have tried taking photo of it and attaching to my query.

My daughter 3 years old. She is having cold and cough for 2 days. Today cough is severe. I having levolin and cofstop syrup. Which syrup shall I give? and how many ml shall I give?

My 13 months daughter is having 102° fever. Doctor told to give her 3ml ibugesic. We have her as prescribed and she Vomitted within 5mins. Doctor told to give other dose after 6hrs. It has been 3hrs since she Vomitted and still has fever. Should we give her another dose now or should we wait till 6hrs gets completed?

Hlo dr. My son is 16 months old. He is suffering from vomits and loose motion from last 2 days. Initially dr. Prescribed zofar for vomit and a syrup for gastetic. But next day he again vomit. Dr. Change his medicine of vomit from zofar to grandum. But not effective . Then suggest fluid with antibootics nd vomit injection. After this he feel better . He took some khichdi nd lassi in lunch nd no vomit from last evening . But today in evening he vomit.he also have syruppy motions. But main issue is hos vomit. Dr. Suggest some test. In one of them he has blood infection. Now please suggest me how to stop his vomit. He is nt eating too.

My 3 year old cousin had developed fever a month ago. When it didn't reduce after 5 days, doctor prescribed antibiotics and gave hemoglobin test. The test indicated hb levels around 4.6. Seeing that, the child was admitted to hospital and given drips and due to low hb, given 4 units of blood too. Urine test indicated urine infection also. After a week or so, child was asked to review with CBC report. The CBC report came as follows : WBC 2.7 LYM 2.2 MID 0.3 GRA 0.2 HGB 9.4 MCH 29 MCHC 33.1 RBC 3.26 MCV 87.4 HCT 28.5 RDW 24.4 Platelet 17k MPV/PDW/PCT/P-LC: nil. They are from remote place. Doctors are not able to diagnose anything properly. Kindly give your valuable insights on this case.

My son has cough and cold and doctor prescribed 4ml of relent plus for five days. Today since he had fever i gave 3.5 ml of calpol 250 mg along with 4 ml of relent plus. Is it okay to give these two medicines together? Is there any chance of overdose?

My son has been suffering from high fever(today got 103.5)since 2 days.we took him nearest doctor and doctor suggested some blood tests...I will attach the reports hereby...plz clarify...Is anything serious about his condition??
