Microcytic hypochromic anemia in toddler
Hello, My baby's CBP shows he has microcytic hypochromic Anemia. What is the treatment for this? His haemoglobin is 8.4 at present.

Please give iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, grams, grains, child requires iron supplementation
