Dear sir/mam, My baby is 3.5 months old... can a baby who has normal eeg and mri suffer infantile spasm?

My baby is 20 days old breastfeeded , she is pooping a small drop in evry 5-10 mins, because of cleaning so many times she is getting cuts and rash in her anus. Please suggest how to resolve this issue. I am feeling she is leaking the poop because she is also pooping 5 times a day properly but in between she is leaking a 1 or 2 drops of poop in every 5 _10 min.

My 3 year(oct 2019 born) old girl vit D level is 26.6,ng/mL. should I give her a vit d sachet??she  has wheezing.

My daughter is 4yr old.her motion is little sticky.she does potty once daily or once in 2day .does not compain of any pain . weight is good.why the consistency of motion is soft and sticky.

My baby is 4 months old( 3 months and 29 days) , she is able to roll over but not crawl yet, she does try but gets irritated and gets fussy, how do we help her crawl and when she will be able to sit on her own

My son is 3 years old. Weight 13 kg. He has been recovered from cough last week. It take his 7-10 days for recovery . Now again since yesterday evening , running nose and cough again started. Why this is happening. He falls sick in every month or two month. This time twice in a month. First he get cold runny nose then wet cough then dry cough and high fever 104-105. Then medicine antibiotics. Every time I need to give because he feels uncomfortable like blocked nose sleep disturbance. My question is why he fall sick so easily?? And every time medicine will make worse effect in his body. Isn't there any permanent cure or any syrup to give him for long time. He is suffering from upper and lower respiratery infection. Which comes and go. My baby has not catch any growth due to this. What to do. So i started giving him septilin syrup only. What could be further diagnosis. CBC is normal. No dengue malaria CRP is normal but esr is high. Esr is 23. Suggest genuine guidance.
