Child Health Issues

Hi my child is 2 years old and she has developed fever overnight. She is not letting me check but it's 99/100. She has no other problem. Her weight is around 12 kg. What shall I give her?

My son is 6.5 months old.. he was taking feed at night after 5 -6 hours.. but from last 15 days he wakes up after 3-4 hours gap n hungry .. what's the reason ???? He is on formula milk n I hv also started solids.

Hiii...my daughter is three years old...her Weight is 16.5kg...from last two days she suffer from severe wet cough...we gave koflid L ...she ate everytime curd..but curd is not  sour...we also avoid to give her fruit juice...but she doesn't eat without curd...is curd safe or not ...which fruit help her for improving wet cough...if curd is not safe what we give...
