Using cotton cloth as diaper

Hi using cotton cloth as diaper will get cold in babies in this winter my baby is 50days old can I use cloths as diaper ..he is having noisy breathing I'm using saline drops.by using cloth will this become worse.please help me

Use diaper for night... Use it after applying napi cream or coconut oil before that Noisy breathing will settle by nasal drop.
