Hello doctor...My baby got 2.5 months vaccine on 2nd month 27 days, so when will he get 3.5 months vaccine?

My baby is in 8th week she gives good eye contact but doesnt smile yet she makes little cooing... She was born on 36th week day1. By when the smile should start?

My baby is going to complete 7 month in a week but my problem is he dont take food much. I have tried variety of food like dal n rice puree, apple puree, sweet potato, carrot,potato,pomegranate,palak but he take only 2-4 spoons. Is it ok if he is taking only this much?m worried as how he will get essential nutrient and how he will fulfill the tummy?please guide me on this. Also I want to ask is it necessary to give water every day because some time i forget to give.how much should be given?

Hi Dr. My son is 6months old, he has started his semi-solid diet from past 10 days. He is eating oats+ apple once and day, nan pro 2 and mother's milk. He has started passing stool 6-7times a day since yesterday. Texture of the stool is fine. Please suggest if we need to take care of anything or any medication.

My baby is 4 months old, she is feeding on formula milk as I have low milk production, but she gets cold, running nose and sneezing often, how to avoid that, she is struggling a lot, we use monkey cap and vitamin c and vitamin drops and mucolite drops and t-minic but she keeps getting cold what to do, pls help
