Child Health Issues

My son has had blisters in mouth for the last 3 days. Now I have noticed that he is having a red spot in his palm also but he has no fever and any other symptoms. I am attaching a photograph for your kind review. Please advise what it is.

My child fell on chair while running in daycare.area under the chin got hit.I am observing a lump there which is painful when we touch.How much time it will take to resolve.please guide.Its hard and painful when we touch.

My one year baby too much sweating while feeding before night sleep only one time. She is eating normal and active. She is  gaining low weight

My doctor gave her taxim and amicin injection...nw the diarrhea reduced 4 or 5 times a day... Motion test shows lactose +... So dexolac nusobee powder recommended by doctor..nw  the fever come and go mild to moderate..wts the reason  ..  Dengue negative... Widal negative pls suggest...

My 2 month old baby who is exclusively breastfed is suddenly refusing breastfeed post vaccine(6 in1 immunization) .. she has no swelling , pain fever or cold ... already tried giving her paracetamol bt she refuses to latch at all and cries inconsolably even when i pull her towrds breast please help there is sudden feed aversion
