Spo2 show 84 to 99
My daughter is having fever and cough since 4 days she is taking augmenting ibugesic and cough syrup but the spo2 on oximetere is scaring me it goes down to 76 and raises to 99 also she is good and active but the reading scares me pls suggest shud I see doctor again

If she is active and having normal color and breathing this must be some mechanical problem with the Spo2 readings .
However there is no harm in getting her physically checked up

Best value has to be considered
Also waves in the oxymeter are good then only that value has to be considered.
Not when it is displaced from the finger.
