2 days after Japanese encephalitis vaccination my daughter getting fever 104f temperature and is not reducing even after giving mefthal p and dolo 250 and started antibiotic Razpod yesterday but fever not getting down from past 4 days , doctor didnt suggest me to do blood test

My baby is suffering from cold she is 3 months and 7 days old and doctor prescribed nasovian mini nasal drops 0.02% and 2 drops in each nose 2 times in a day and it is not available in the shop and I am using nasovian mini nasal drops 0.01% and accidentally 3 to 4 drops falling in each nose from mornin and again in the night as she shakes more and does it cause any problem? And is saline drops is safe to use than this drops??

My baby has completed 7 month in last week. He is not able to sit without support. My baby weight is 8.00kg his birth weight was 3.15kg. He is rolling over from both the sides from tummy to back from back to tummy. He smiles regularly. He go forward on him tummy with the help of knees. He has proper head control. He respond to voice. I have started him solids month back. My concern is my baby is not able to sit without support. He sits on the lap with support. I am worried. Should i have to consult doctor?

My son has fever 102/103/101... not getting down.. have give paracetamol 2.5 ml Sumol ds ( 250 mg in 5 ml).. but not helping... plz help what can I do

Hello doc's i am mother of 2 months 25 days old...my doc has prescribed saline nasal drops for my baby stuffy nose...one or 2 drops in each nostril ....but by mistake 4 drops went in one nostril...i m so much worried...will my baby be fine... Does it have wrong effects on him...please reply

He is facing cold and cough. Runny nose. Blocked nose and Not sleeping properly at night Difficulty breathing at night. After using nasoline drops or baby rub he gets calm and sleeps for 2-3 hours then again same thing He is feeding properly Weight 5.8 kg Age 4 months

My child is ,4yr old .her eye became red .the same thing was happened when she was 2yr old . doctor was prescribed moxicip eyedrop.shal I use it again if no could you please suggest any eye drop
