Child Health Issues

It is been 15 days from the date of vaccine for my 3 month old baby. But still that place is too hard and little swelling is there. He is not feeling pain if we touch or gentle press on that place. We are keeping ice on that place but it is not going. Pls suggest the solution for this problem

My baby is 1 month old Am giving her formula feed After every feed she spit up so much She always keep milk in mouth From 3 days she is doing like this. Please help Any suggestions

My 11 month old has fever from laast night. We took him to doctor they prescribed paracetamol drops 100/ml, 1.5 ml every 6 hours. Plus cold and cough drops. After giving 7:30 pm dose of paracetamol. At 10:40 his temperature was 98.7. We missed 1 am paracetamol as we were on sleep. So we gave paracetamol at 4:30 , his temperature was 100.5 to 101 that time.. So my question is say for 6 hours he was having 101 temperature in his sleep. Will it cause qny problems?? He cries and try to spit the paracetamol, can we give mixed with water or i gave first milk then paracetamol immediately is there a problem??

Hi, My baby girl was born at 37 weeks with birth weight of 2.6 kgs. She is 23 days old now but not gaining weight. I feel the weight is still the same as birth day. Please suggest if it's normal ?? Or do we need to do something about it ? Any suggestions for mother's diet to help her gain weight ?

My baby is 45 days old...he is on breastfeeding and from few days he is drinking only for 5 min and that too from one side only and after that he is sleeping...I'm trying to wake him up but no use...my milk flow is very good...I'm worrying because it would affect his growth.. Hi, I have a 10 month old baby and exclusively formula fed...we have not given any vitamin d drops as pediatrician informed us its not needed... My baby boy is very active but doesn't try to sit on his own...i usually make him sit all the time and he likes to creep rather sitting and playing... I am worried as he is not crawling till now and denies to sit as well.. Suggest me if I have to start giving vitamin d drops ??? Note : baby born in usa
