Child Health Issues

My son is 3 years old . Weight is 13 kg height is 100 cm In oxymeter his sgpo2 level 97-99 fluctuating Pulse rate 112-119 pbrpm. He had  been suffering from fever of 103-105 f for 4-5 days . During that period i gave him amoxy dry syrup and ibugesic plus syrup. After that his fever settled down in 5th days. And dry cough started . And it's two days today after fever and today cough is too much wet . But he can't spit out cough. When cough start the sound is containing lot of mucus in it. But no problem in playing or talking . But during coughing loud noise of cough occurs. Which medicine to give to clear mucus or it clear through potty. Please help. Currently I am giving only amoxy dry syrup .

Hi doctor My baby is 1.5 months old...she is throwing up all the milk after feed and putting pressure on farting as well...she has started farting a lot and after feed grunting sound comes from her stomach and then suddenly she throws away all the milk...Is this acid reflux or something else? I am giving her lanzol and domstal...I am worried..Please help

She got severe cold n cough and we wr giving her ashtakind and hicope drops but dint help much, we consulted some ohwr peditricion and she advised livolin 0.31mg and budecort for nebuliser with 2 ml nasal spray. My query is - are these medicinea safe for babies? As someone said these are for adults. Pls do guide

We gave our 18-month-old son bandy plus suspension 10 ml twice in 7 days about 3 months ago.  But we found pinworms in his anus today. Is it possible to give another dose?  Or we should wait 6 months before doing anything else. We are not happy because the medication did not de-worm properly in the first attempt, and it reappeared after only three months.
