Hii dr .my baby is 2months old ..he is having noisy breathing.i can feel that he is having phlegm in his throat.when ever he stretches his body or do clear his throat.the noisy breathing sound stops.after sometime it starts again.is that because of cold congestion..one of the online dr prescribed me febrex plus af drops ..4drops 3times a day..will this drops work for my baby's issue..is the dose is right to use for 2month old baby.please help me.
