Child Health Issues

My daughter is 2 years and 8 months old (weight 10Kg), since her birth she has very disturbed sleep where she keeps waking and demanding to put her back to sleep by taking her in our lap and tapping her etc. It's only in morning hours she has sound sleep for 2-3 hours else the whole night she keeps waking up after every half an hour or an hour. Even in this hour of sleep she keeps moving or scratching somewhere. In the morning she wakes up fresh and remains energetic the whole day and takes a sound sleep nap of an hour or an hour and half in day time. Up Till now we thought it was a phase and will pass on but now it's affecting our health. I think she have some kind of sleep issues as I have heard and seen similar age kids who sleep. Pls help me

Hi my 14 months baby girl is weighing 8.7kgs. Her birth weight Is 3kgs. My paediatrician said she should be more than 9kgs and he also suggested not to give the vitamins, iron syrup to her as it is no longer needed. But I heard that from vitamins baby can gain weight. My baby achieving her milestones so great. She started walking by end of her ten months and saying many words now. But I am really worried about her weight gain, it triggers me so much when someone talks about her body. Can someone please help on the weight gain? And also can I continue vitamins and iron to her? Please reply I would really appreciate it

My baby is 3.5 months old, she is rolling over but not lifting head after rolling over, she keeps trying and then cries, when we help her lift her head , she keeps her head up for 5 to 10 minutes before putting down, how to help her lift her head on her own

My baby is 4.5 months and from 3 months onwards he has been pooping greenish color.. not proper green but greenish yellow. Also his poop is always lose not thick. Sometimes his poops are frothy too. He poops once or twice a day He is on completely breastfeed.
