Fever with cough
My son 4 year 4 months have fever from last 10 days and severe coughing what I do I consult a doctor she give him some medicine then fever gone but from tomorrow he got 102f fever what I do

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Please do consult a doctor at the earliest. It's important to get him treated. Give him Paracetamol or other antipyretic which you are using. He needs evaluation.
