3 months old baby inhale water during bath,and after 7hours boy cried lot unable to breathe properly ،plz suggest what to do in this situation

I am mother of 6 year old daughter...she is suffering from small ulcers in mouth and throat... Can mouth gel work ? And how to apply it?

Hi, my son is still drooling. He completed 2 years in 2022 August. In a week 2 to 3 days he is normal without drooling but other days he is drooling excessively. He is in good weight and actively playing. Singing rhymes and talking many words in a day. When I visited paediatrician for his fever i have asked him about my son's drooling. He said that it will be okay once his muscles are grown strong. But wherever we go out people are asking about his drooling. Please advise what should I do. Is it a concern? Or it will be okay as my doc said.

My baby girl is 4 months old now , right after birth doctor suggested to use similac plus formula feed along with breastmilk , after 15 days i stopped using as my breast milk is sufficient for my baby. But now I see my baby stomach is not full, i want to give her the same formula feed which is suggested after her birth. Does the same formula feed will be applicable even at 4 months of age or should I consult my pediatrician before giving this similac plus formula feed ? Please provide your feedback, thank you
