Child Health Issues

My baby is one month old but he hardly burp, he is on breastfeeding but in a day once i give him 30 to 40 ml formula milk, after breast feeding he did not cry but he hardly burp but he farts most time in day. Is that any concern ? I am not sure if he is getting enough milk

My baby girl born at 36 week. Now she is 21 days old. And 2.4kg weight. Her skin and lips looks so dry . Can I use any lotion? How to maintain her skin ?

My daughter is 18 days old. I breastfeed her. For the last 5-6 days she does a little poop with almost every fart. Even 2 to 3 times she does poop in large quantity. Her stool remains watery and mustard yellow. I consulted a doc who gave her enterogermina(whole meds in single dose) one time a day nd taxim o drops(10 drops two times). But her problem is not resolved yet. What should I do now?

Good Day Dr, My daughter is 1.4 years and we have almost introduced majority of dishes veg/ non veg.. In the recent days there has been a lot of argument with my husband regarding the quantity of sambhar we gotto feed the tiny one. At d moment we are only feeding d baby  20 percent of sambhar tht we prepare for our selves . Will this give her enough nutrients or should we increase the quantity .

My 4-year old has severe cough every other week. His heart beat goes to 150+ and he breathes very fast when he coughs. We have got him tested and one doctor said it happens in children while the other said he have allergic asthma. Whom should I consider. When we give him Montek syrup his cough subsides. And most importantly I never has asthma before nor anyone in my family. Whenever my kid has these coughs it is spreading to me and I am also getting cough every other week like if he has dry cough I get that if he has wet I too have the same. If it's allergic asthma does it spread like this? Are there any tests that can rule out the symptoms and get him the right treatment. Pls help
