High fever and shivering , leg pain for 5 year old. Are there any blood tests suggested? Also any medication ?

High grade fever and myalgia Indicated viral fever Give paracetamol and complete bed rest If not settled for more than 3 days U can take blood tests after consulting ur Pediatrician
