Child Health Issues

Baby girl was born on 29th December 2022 with 2.6 kgs weight. From that time the baby is not pooping but passing gas sometimes. We met the children doctor 2 times after and he gave Enema due to which she pooped. She is 21 days old as of 18th jan 2023. We are using digestion syrup and constipation syrup for baby but she is still not pooping without enema. Is there any issue to be worried for the baby and what we need to do resolve this.

Hi Doctors, My lil one is 8 weeks old n she is having nose blocking issue, i checked with paediatrician n they asked me to use nasal drops. I'm using them extensively, but still she is having difficulty while feeding n sleeping. I tried giving steam as well, but it is not helping much. Could you please suggest is there any medicine i can use?? Note: there is no running nose Thanks in Advance

We travelled up and down a mountain yesterday. The ride was full of bends and shaky. The baby while travelling down vomited with crying once but a lot of the drunk milk. She is active and happy after that. I am worried if the vomiting was because of any other serious issues like a head injury caused by frequent shakes in the ride. Should I visit a doctor? Please advise.

My baby is 4 months old... From past one week she has stopped making any kind of sounds .. previously she was responding to our talks by making sounds ...wth aahhh ooohhh gur gur sound ... But now she is not making any sound...It seems she is trying to make sound when we talk to her but is unable to... We are so much worried about all this.. To add here she was having chest infection and throat infection ...jus recovered two days back frm that... Can  I delay 7  month  influenza  vaccine by 1  week? Or it should  be given  in given date  itself?

My baby is 4 months old... She is having body temperature 98.8... is it normal or she is having fever... What is the normal range of body temperature...and wht is considered as fever...

My baby (born at 39 weeks without complications, birth weight 3kg) is not rolling over. He is now 5 months 3 weeks and 8kg+ (height 67cm). He is on track for all milestones- babbles, smiles, responds to his name, sits for few seconds without support, holds his toes and tries to move to one side holding them, grabs things, etc. Except rolling over. When we roll him on his tummy, he rolls over on his back but he himself doesn't try to roll. Nor does he rolls over on his tummy from back. Is this normal?

Sharing below my kids sonography. I can't share whole as it's long one, but the gist is my kid has a congenital condition, is in list for a liver transplant (we don't have any live donor so waiting for cadaver). Today's sonography showed some allignmets for which doc is suggesting to see for 2-3 days more if not improve he will need a intestine surgery. So please share your second opinion if this situation requires surgery or could subside
