Dear doctor, My son is suffering from heavy cough and mild cold... Before 5 days he had fever also pediatric dr suggest amikacin 250 injection twice in a day for 2 days with dextrose pite of 250 ml. And he give medicine like syrup pulmoclear syrup of levocitrizine with Montelukast syrup p250 syrup of cefpodoximine proxetil. Now fever is complete gone but there is heavy cough in still remain same. Also we give budesal respule by nebuliser Please suggest is anything serious or what should I do now

My daughter is having temperature of 101 from night and also pased stool in semi liquid for 2 times today . She is also getting irritated .
