  4. Fever from yesterday. Between 6 hours?

Fever from yesterday
My 20 months old daughter weight 11 kg is suffering fever from yesterday. Doctor prescribed meftal p suspension syrup. Temp is above 101 Fahrenheit. Can we give doses of 4 ml between 6 hours?

Greetings you can give paracetamol every 6 th hourly and meftal as sos if temperature morethan 102 f,
