Regarding 3 months old baby fever
My 3-month-old baby has a cold and 98.3 temperature. What should I do?? Can we give Dolo paediatrician ?

Temperature is in normal range, no need to worry and no need to give dolo For cold use saline nasal drops x 2 drops each nostrils x 6 hrly and after that clean his/her  nose with clean cloths

98.3F is normal temperature for the baby. Use normal saline nasal drops for noisy breathing 3 - 4 times a day.
Next Steps
Visit pediatric clinic if baby is fussy, has temperature more than 100F, difficulty in feeding or breathing.

No need to give dolo drops,just do temperature monitoring and tappid sponging and if temp exceeds 99 *f. Then consult dr for proper dosage and time.

Temperature is normal. No need to give Dolo. For cold you should use Saline Nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril(not simultaneously) every 2 hours.

98.3 is not fever .So as of now dolo is not required.

No need of dolo..if temp is below 99 You can use nasoclear saline drops..and watch full for any danger signs like lethargy and not taking milk..

Body temperature above 99.5 F is fever. Just use normal saline drop for cold in baby.use it 4-6 hourly
