Child Health Issues

This kis has seizures at the age of 4... After that he is not walking and talking... But he can understand whatever we said... He can express some needs with gestures.. I am attaching a recent scan report pls help for his diagnosis

Dear doctor, My son is suffering from heavy cough and mild cold... Before 5 days he had fever also pediatric dr suggest amikacin 250 injection twice in a day for 2 days with dextrose pite of 250 ml. And he give medicine like syrup pulmoclear syrup of levocitrizine with Montelukast syrup p250 syrup of cefpodoximine proxetil. Now fever is complete gone but there is heavy cough in still remain same. Also we give budesal respule by nebuliser Please suggest is anything serious or what should I do now

My daughter is having temperature of 101 from night and also pased stool in semi liquid for 2 times today . She is also getting irritated . Is this sign of teething as yet she does not have teeth and is 10 month old .Also lot of saliva is being produced by her . Kindly guide us what to do .. should give calpol or not

Hello sur and mam🙏🏻 My baby is grunting and straining al lot since 4 days. And she is also not sleeping. When she grunt and stretch her face and head turns into red. She is also passing gas too much. She is suffering from cold and cough. Pllz suggest anything problem or what to do.

I can see kind of fungal infection (circular infection) which she itches everytime and hence it is not drying on its own. Also, surrounding area have smaller dotted type itching things..it's spreading.

Hi Sir / Madam, My baby is 64 days old. He is sleeping in the night without demanding for feed ( 11.00 pm to 06.00 am ). His last feed will be around 10.30.In the day time he is demanding for feed and he is active. His urine count is good. Alternate days he will be popping. I am doing mixed feeding. ( pump fed + formula milk ) . Formula is given only when I don't have enough pumped milk.  10 days before we have released lip tie and tongue tie through surgery. Total number of feeds per day is 7 to 9. Could you please let me know should I wake my baby in the night and feed him?? Please let me know it would be helpful

Hi. My baby hasn't gained any weight since last 3 months. She weighs 8.5 kgs now. Her birth weight was 3.2 kg. She has gained weight well till 8 months and then hasn't increased after that even though she eats well. She also had very frequent colds and coughs during last 3 months. Is this a cause for concern?
