Child Health Issues

My son is 2 months 22 days old, weight 6.3 kg doctor prescribed Monocef- O drop 1.4ml BD, Ascoril LS Drop 1ml TDS , Maxtra Drop 7 drops TDS. I am worried about too much medications for my little child. Is the doses of the above are safe for my son. He is also taking C-Pink Drop  Arbivit-3 drop and Nasoclear Nasal Drop regularly as prescribed by paediatrician.

I want to give breastmilk to my baby , my baby is 2 month old bt from starting my breast not heavy , lekin feed krati rhi sabne kha size 34 breast heavy ni hote agr baby 8 bar toilet kr rha to its sufficient bt after 1.5 month baby weight increase only 500 gm , and now baby rota bhut h may be bhuka rhta h maine powder nestle lactogen dena start kia, bt wo kitna dena h kaise idea lgaye with breastfeeding, how can I increase my breast milk ¿??? Breast heavy hona jruri h?? For better milk supply???

My daughter 3 years 9 months old. From yesterday night she got fever. We gave paracetamol 4ml. Her weight is 12.1kg. but fever reducing only after 2 hours even after giving paracetamol. Doctor prescribed combiflam syrup. She's on seizures medication. Is combiflam safe? Also she told us to give junior lanzol tablet to avoid stomach upset. Can we give combiflam in empty stomach or after food

My son is 4 mnths now, I use cloth langot/diaper with good thickness. While wearing this, he will be in frog position most of the time. Is it of any point of concern? Also, belcrow type of diapers can impact waist development if worn tightly?

Hi Doctor, My daughter is 2 years old. I stopped breastfeeding 20 days back. But still She is getting up 5 to 6 times in the night for feeding. If I Swing the cradle, she will sleep again. She refuses to take bottle feed at night. Please suggest how to make my baby sleep continuously at night. Thanks in advance
