Is it ok to give mishri to 9 months old ? And can we give dates or jaggery powder as natural sweeteners in summer ?

Don't give mishri in solid form due to risks of choking. As a powder you can give. You can give dates and jaggery. Whatever you are giving just ensure it is in a soft and easily swallow able form
