My baby is a preterm baby(35weeks delivery) is 53days old i.e 1month 22days..he has not yet started smiling..am tensed..is itnormal?am worried

My daughter aged 3 years 9months. From Friday evening she has fever. Also she has severe cold. Till now fever is going and coming. We are giving paracetamol. Temperature raises after 6 hours. Is it ok to give paracetamol continuously for 5 days. Doctor says it may be viral fever. y does the fever come every 6 hours?within how many hours does paracetamol starts working after giving. It takes more than one hour to work. Till then temperature remains high

In Zincovit composition I can see vitamind3 (as lichen) 10ug do i need to give additional vitamin d3 for 1 month old. Please suggest
